What drives you to be part of the Robin Food Coalition?
Together, we are committed to establishing a strong position for sustainable organic agriculture and all the products that stem from it. As a collective, your message is stronger than it would be alone; it helps to speak with one voice alongside like-minded people toward the other actors whose involvement is necessary for the agricultural transition.
How do you believe food and agriculture can make a positive contribution to people and nature, and what role do you play in that?
By choosing a different approach, you can actually solve problems. A food system that strengthens nature instead of breaking it down, gives animals a better life, and offers the enterprising farmer a healthy business model—that is the food system that makes a positive contribution to food, agriculture, and the world we live in.
How can we support you in that role?
The Robin Food Coalition represents the collective. While companies logically speak from their own commercial interests, the RFC can rise above this and promote those interests independently. This ensures the message is better received by other organizations that also need to take a step in the agricultural transition, such as the government and other social institutions.
